[Alucard's Romanian is...a few decades out of date, but fine. He focuses on the important part anyway, which is removing all of those disgusting chains. There's a solid clonk as they fall to the ground in turn, and Alucard will keep them there so Sypha can witness them as evidence of what she's missed for the evening.
No compulsion. That's a personal rule, and the most he can do right now is figure out where the Belmont is going to do the least amount of harm: both to Alucard and on the Belmont himself. It seems prudent, and...there is no good place in the castle for that.]
