[The candles in the wall sconces are all unlit; that's not surprising, with how long the castle has stood empty. There are plenty of tapers that are still lengthy and fresh, however, and she quietly moves to take one, forming a little spark of fire at one fingertip and using it to light the wick.
She could just use magic to light her way, she knows, but there's something about the castle that makes her edgy, wary of doing so. Almost like it's a magical thing in and of itself, and therefore somehow acutely aware of when any other magic is used within it.
Or maybe she's just being superstitious. Still, she's got a light now, and she glances around hoping for a familiar landmark, frowning at the walls and the designs on the floor runners before sighing and choosing a direction to continue wandering.]
