Sitting down and getting up is still a slight strain, so Alucard moves accordingly. He hisses when he rises, but after a moment of finding his balance, it's fine. All that there's left to do is to walk over to the chair towards one side of the bedroom and put the bathrobe that is there on, knotting the belt around it once and then moving to the door.
(Wait. Slippers. He goes back for those.)
There's only one reason the castle would nudge like this, rather than go into a full panic mode, and that's to let him know that someone else is wandering the halls. Given the only other option available, Alucard at least knows what direction to start in, as well as which name to call for.]
