Interesting. [And he means it.] The process tries to parallel cauterizing a wound, but without literally filling one's lungs on fire. It can only work on things that have a regenerative property.

[The part about length and killing damn near everything gets only a soft noise. Trevor's right, and....well that's terrifying. This cannot ever happen again. Ever.]

The sacrament's harder to make sense of, but I suspect that as a matter of faith, it'd be folly of myself to try.
