He lets go of Alucard's hand now, confident that he's put it in The Correct Place, and instead that hand joins his other at the back of Alucard's neck, fingers stretching into his hair and rubbing at his scalp, pulling his head forward so their foreheads are pressed together. All the better for Alucard to look at his big, stupid grin. ]
[Since intentions are now so very clear and really Alucard's hand is most of the way there already, his hand moves from hanging at Trevor's belt to just straight up grabbing that ass.]
If you put a rock under the mattress, you will never hear the end of it.
[But he laughs as he says it, joyful for the warmth wrapped around his neck and how wonderful it is to rest forehead against forehead. The hand that is on Trevor's chest moves up just enough, just enough to be resting on top of his heart.]
[ He moves his mouth forward to bite Alucard's lower lip when his hand finds his ass, a little more harshly than he might with Sypha (bruising force on Sypha and brusing force for Alucard are very different, after all, and he's staying just short of that) and grinning stupidly the whole time. He holds it for just a few seconds, and then kisses over it quickly before he speaks again. ]
You could tell me not to carry you, if you dislike the idea so very much.
[The laugh is cut short by the bite to his lip, replaced with a pleased hiss and maybe, just maybe, fingers digging into ass a little bit more than they should be. It isn't a repeat of the wrist incident, but nothing ever will be.]
[ Slowly and carefully, he leans down to put his arms behind Alucard's knees, cradling him in his arms and pulling him tight against his chest. He's positionned just perfectly for Trevor to kiss the top of his head. And so he does that. Multiple times, as he makes his way to the bedroom. ]
It wouldn't have done for my dear, delicate princeling to walk. No doubt the floors are too terribly hard for you.
I have had quarrel with them in the past, that much is terribly true.
[If Trevor is going to have him like this (and it is as silly as it is dramatic which he is always criticized for!) then what else can he do but lean into all of it? Including Trevor.
There's one hand still on Trevor's chest though, because that's how it ought to be when you're carried like this. Hand on the chest, and lips kissing whatever can be reached. Alucard's efforts, lips on his collarbone, hand peeling back his shirt just a little, manage to avert disaster for a little while. He gives a soft, low sound of appreciation. But all things must come to an end, and as he enters the bedroom (he'd had the foresight to leave the door open, so he woundn't need to try to juggle the vampire to free a hand to turn the handle) he finally says the terrible, terrible thing. ]
I do hope you don't feel such distaste for all things that are terribly hard for you.
[It is so very terrible. And so very Trevor. And Alucard can't help but be proud that he averted this from being uttered for just a few moments, because that means he's doing something right too.
The laugh in response, low and heady and delighted in spite of that really being terrible, is made so very close to Trevor's skin.]
[ He lays Alucard down on the bed, sitting himself on the eyes of it to just take a moment to watch him lying there, stroking his cheek softly. There's adoration all over his face for just a moment before it fads back into being a shit. ]

[There's such a soft and happy hum as the bed greets Alucard's back and the look on his face at Trevor is just as adoring. He can't help but turn so he can kiss the hand on his cheek, eyes closed for just a flutter because he knows the optics work.]

The pattern is something apparently only discernable to Trevor, with some connection to Alucard's apparent mood on any given day but no clear way of telling. Today is a 'paying it no mind' day, and he strokes over Alucard's chest, pulling the shirt up as far as he can without actually having removed his coat first. ]

Alucard's hand (he doesn't have gloves on, they're still in the kitchen) tangles up in Trevor's hair and pulls him closer. There's been too many words, not enough kissing. Time to fix that, even as he leans into the hand that is on his collar bones. This is wonderful. The scar's no mind, it never is. It's too prominent on him to ever be, and that ridiculous fucking game ensured that it would always be so.]
[ Well shit, he has a point. There's going to be some difficulty later in getting clothes off without pausing this in order to do so.
And he could go about trying to fix that, or making a response, but there's kissing happening. There's Alucard's grip on his hair grounding him, not pulling quite tightly enough to be painful, just enough to keep him aware of the rest of his body even when all he cares about right now are his lips and Alucard's.
He's flushed himself when he breaks the kiss, breathing hard enough to get in the way of that stupid taunting tone he keeps trying to do, face a few inches from Alucard's. ]
[It's far nicer like this, having a break in the conversation that Alucard cannot decide is laced in irony or complete sincerity. Why he's still having that debate within himself is also something to ponder, or at least it is until he puts his other hand back to Trevor's chest and makes it very clear that Trevor's shirt? Is a problem. Because there is tiddy under there, and he's only getting 75% of it right now - everything else is fabric. A problem.
So when the kiss finally breaks, and there's a grin on Alucard's lips even if his breath is heavier now, he at least has an answer.]
Unless your roguish wiles are going to figure out a clever way to make taking my coat off and getting rid of that shirt easier the further we go, back up just enough so we can take care of all those problems.
[ It wouldn't be the first time that one of them has demanded Alucard float for just a moment to make undressing him without interrupting what they're doing easier.
But he relents, because him making demands of Alucard doesn't match the stupid, stupid tone he's decided to set for this whole thing. With a last, short kiss, he moves back and stands, pulling off his shirt. Because who is he to refuse a command? ]
Now, now. I can either be spoiled or dramatic. I cannot possibly be both.
[The floating thing is absolutely dramatic for the sake of it. Even Alucard knows that, in spite of convenience from time to time.
In the time Trevor's sat up to move back, Alucard's had just enough time to absolutely abuse vampire speed and get his coat not only off but tossed entirely to the side. His shirt can wait just a moment though, because the minute that shirt is off, Alucard's kissing Trevor's chest. Because it's there, he wants to touch all that skin underneath, and because vampire speed is great.]
[ Alucard times it brilliantly, suddenly pressed against Trevor's chest as he finishes pulling the shirt away from his arms, meaning that Trevor already has his arms around him without needing to think about it. And then Alucard's hands and mouth are on his chest and- fuck, it's as nice to think about as it is to experience, really, that Alucard is perfect, perfect, and yet there is a part of him that he can't help but touch.
It's more than a little flattering. ]

He doesn't dislike it, of course, it's wonderful, there are just other places he'd offer up for affection first.
But the absolute adoration - that does a lot, because fuck, it's- it's something amazing, to know that some part of him can make Alucard this hungry to touch it just by existing. ]
