He's not holding eye contact as he mutters:]
I can reset the bone but I'll need supplies in the castle to make sure it stays in place.
[ He takes Alucard's hand in his good one, using it to pull himself up, and then takes his hand back to squeeze at the wrist experimentally, trying to get an idea of how bad the break is (this is not the first time he's done this. though it is the first time it's been the result of kissing a vampire too much). Doing so hurts a lot, which he should probably have expected, and he makes a choked sort of cry. ]
Clean break. But- I'm probably not climbing out of here with the rope.
[ Srry Alucard, he'll need to be carried up. It's going to be awkward. ]

[The word elevator doesn't exist yet, otherwise Trevor would be making vampire elevator jokes. As it is, Alucard takes just long enough to readjust Trevor's grip. Satisfied, he starts to lift them both up. His back is turned to Leon's portrait though, just to be sure.]
[ And he does hang on. And while he's careful to avoid the whole neck thing (not now!!!!) he does lean his head against Alucard's shoulder. It's about 10% a gesture of affection and about 90% 'shit this hurts I'm gonna nuzzle against the vampire for comfort'. ]

But he's also done so before unsuccessfully and that probably isn't worth the risk when Alucard presumably has a better idea of how to do it. And also anesthetic. Anesthetic sounds useful, since Alucard's been under strict instruction from Sypha not to let him drink. ]
[Trevor, that just makes the vampire sad. There's just a soft sigh at that revelation, the you were a mess sigh that he's made before. It's probably felt just as much as heard.
So inside they go. Up too many stairs, into the lab Alucard knows will bear exactly what's needed.
Everything in there is ordered. Stately. Glittering brass instruments sit with thin layers of dust visible if you look at the light just right, there's locked cabinets, there's a work bench in the center of the room with stools all around it. To Trevor, Alucard gestures him towards that center workbench.
He hasn't been in here since...everything. It still smells like her if Alucard pays close enough attention, and he does. But that's a smell drowned out by opening a dusty cabinet of medical supplies, and he comes away with supplies needed to put and hold bone in place. He's weighted down with supplies by the time he's standing next to Trevor again.]
[ This part of the castle has still been- off limits isn't the word, they havn't been told not to come here in the same way they've been told that there are parts of the caste that may well still house monsters. But Alucard went quiet when Sypha asked him what was up those stairs and neither of them asked any more questions.
He sits down, putting his wrist down on the workbench. It's an ugly purple by now, misshapen and starting to swell. ]

There's none of that fucking hesitation, none of having to push yourself to do something that fucking hurts. But there's also no control, no chance to steel yourself, and that adds to the pain. [For the splint there's a firmer thing made of...Alucard's not sure, but it seems stable enough, and that gets pressed over Trevor's wrist. Then the rest is bandages, applied carefully to make sure everything is held in place.]
